It’s wine and dine o’clock

Set amongst the historic New Acton precinct, Parlour Wine Room is a dining and drinking experience like no other in Canberra. Open until late, offering Spanish tapas from the kitchen, local and international boutique wine – hand-picked by Peter Bell, classic-yet-obscure cocktails are all delivered with friendly and personalised service.

Parlour Wine Room aims to provide an environment for lavish late nights; slightly removed from the Civic centre. We encourage the night-cappers, birthday drinkers, gourmet grazers, and wine lovers.

Parlour Wine Room is also a popular choice for engagement parties, weddings, corporate dinners, and an a variety of special functions.

Our kitchen, led by head chef James Forman aims to source local and biodynamic produce where possible – sustainability is key to our cuisine philosophy.
